摘要： 为了提高科技查新服务水平，使查新委托人不受时间、空间的限制提交查新委托并了解最新进展情况，查新机构可以根据查新委托人的需求定制相应服务，促进自身查新服务的规范化和科学化。同时为了有更好的用户体验和交互性强的Web应用，本文把jQuery这一目前较为流行的前端技术整合到S2Si框架中，为科技查新平台的实现奠定有效的技术基础。

Abstract: In order to improve the service level of novelty search and make the clients from time and space constraints away submit their commissions and learn about the latest progress, the novelty search agency can customize the corresponding services for their needs so as to promote its own work more standardized and scientific. At the same time, in order to have a better user experience and strong interactivity of Web application, jQuery, which is a relatively popular technique at present, is integrated into the S2Si framework. Thus, the paper establishes a technical foundation for the realization of novelty search platform.
